LAST DAY SHIPPING ORDERS TO RECEIVE BEFORE CHRISTMAS
12/18-2ND DAY SHIPPING
12-21-NEXT DAY AIR SHIPPING
 
ALL ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN 12/23/09-1/3/10 WILL NOT BE SHIPPING UNTIL 1/4/10 - ALL ORDERS TAKEN DURING THIS PERIOD WILL RECEIVE A FREE BEANIE.

Aqua-VI Shipping (within U.S):
 
Shipping for all purchases is completed with FedEx. Rates are calculated during checkout based on the weight and shipping destination of your order. Please allow 7-10 days for order processing.
Please Note: Unfortunately shipping to Military bases domestic and international is not possible at this time. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. **All shipments are sent via FedEx and are delivered with Signature Required.
Aqua-VI is not responsible for left packages, or unsigned deliveries.  Orders that choose the Next-day shipping option must be received by 12pm pacific standard time to be processed and shipped the same day.  If order is received after 12pm, order will be processed on the next day.

 
International Shipping:
 
Orders shipped out of the United States are completed via FedEx.

***SPECIAL NOTES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
 
*** The calculated shipping fees include international Freight and Customs fees only.
Shipping fees DO NOT include Duties/Taxes/other clearance fees after shipment has
left our warehouse. Buyer is solely responsible for those fees and must provide
payment for any and all additional fees with the FedEx facility that processes
your order.
 
Aqua-VI does not assume responsibility for packages held by customs in its
destination country. If an order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery
attempts, buyer is responsible for the fees associated with re-shipment of the order.  
 
Aqua-VI reserves the right to cancel any order at any time with no notice or explanation.
